What You Will Learn: You will learn and practice skills of dating and relating – how to move towards someone and how to create nourishing quality time together. You will also learn how to set your boundaries in healthy ways, allowing you to find your natural flow and say ‘Yes’ to your passion and vitality.

We will explore different emotions around sexuality, intimacy and pleasure, which helps you to identify your cultural conditioning and background. You will have the space to let go of past wounds and welcome a new sense of joy and freedom in your body. We all experience insecurities when it comes to sexuality and intimacy. By realizing that everyone shares the same self-doubts and shyness you can accept your own, and move towards life and pleasure with new-found confidence.

How We Relate with Each Other:  We will create a safe space for women and men to meet each other and explore relating in a new way, founded on friendship, mutual respect and curiosity. We will use communication, emotional work, role-playing and theatre to step beyond our usual behavior and experience new possibilities. This helps us get out of our heads and into a playful, expressive state. It allows you to heal past wounds and shift away from unfulfilling relationship patterns based on emotional dependency.

Discover Your Personal Love language: We will investigate and explore our own natural tendencies regarding sexuality, lovemaking, and intimacy. By mapping out our favorite ways of giving and receiving pleasure, we will gain insights into our sexual blueprint. This awareness enables us to embrace our unique sexuality, communicate our preferences with ease, and gives us the possibility to play with different ways of enjoying our sensuality.

Sisterhood and Brotherhood: We will create gender circles where you will learn about yourself through understanding your fellow women/men. As we go for open sharing and vulnerability instead of competition, jealousy and envy, we get to experience bonding and nourishment and the strong tribe energy of sisterhood and brotherhood. This will foster a sense of belonging, companionship and mutual support on our journey to embracing our full sexual potential.
