Bye-bye helplessness and procrastination! In this workshop you will learn to un-freeze and step into your power so that you can tackle the things you usually run away from. You will learn the difference between reacting out of old habits and finding a truthful response that is beneficial to you. You will experience exciting and creative structures in the group room, so you can check out your ability to trust in your inner authority, learn to make the right choices for you and empower yourself to realize your wishes and goals. This workshop marks the start of the Therapist Training Level 1 & 2 and is open for everyone to join.
