Being happy, being authentic, being present with any challenge that comes – I can only do that when I open up to my feelings in the moment. Often that can be scary and overwhelming, and most of our life we’ve been practicing how not to feel too much, or to only feel those emotions that seem safe.
In this workshop, we create space for all that you’re experiencing. The aim is to enable you to safely connect with the more difficult, neglected and denied parts of you. Those can be negative energies, but also very much positive ones, like joy, love and vulnerability. These parts of you wait to be embraced by you so you can become whole (again) and meet and enjoy life full on.
