The focus of this weekend is to understand all about the G-spot in your body. We accomplish this via a sex education lectures, See-, Find- and Feel-exercises and mindfulness practices to learn how to awaken the ultra-sensitivity of the G-spot. From this approach, a deeper understanding of female ejaculation and how it works specifically in your body is learned as well.

You will learn all about female ejaculation’s ancient history, female prostate anatomy, and the function and purpose of the G-spot and female ejaculation. It will include an explanation on what female ejaculate is, how it works, why it is blocked in many women, and how to release it.

The rest of the weekend is devoted to finding your G-spot, and an experiential taste of what the sensations of an awakened G-spot feels like in your body. The private and secure space that is held for the group supports women to find and reclaim this centerpiece of their sexuality. The workshop is indeed educational and unique. This is hands-on learning – and your hands only! You will leave the workshop empowered and pleased.

This workshop was originally created by our beloved friend and teacher Deborah Sundahl. Deborah was a well known American sex educator and over the last 40 years she was also an author, editor, performer and movie producer. She started giving her workshops here at the Humaniversity from 2014 on, and immediately became a friend and a supporter. She was a pioneer in her field and her passion and enthusiasm for female sexuality was inspiring. In April 2022 Deborah Sundahl expressed her wish to train Meera and me, Sambodhi, to lead her G-Spot workshop. “I’m not gonna be here forever”, she said, “and someone has to take it on to educate women”.
