Mario Nityam Kappenstein

I’m a father of three boys and have been walking the path of personal and relational growth for many years. My journey deepened profoundly during my time in Brazil, where I lived with my family and worked as a teacher. After becoming a father and later going through separation, I began to truly feel and embody the emotional patterns of my own childhood – a turning point that led me into body-oriented therapy and social meditations, especially the AUM.

Over the years, the AUM Meditation became a powerful companion in my life. Again and again, it helped me to reconnect – to my body, my emotions, and to others. It has taught me to express more truthfully, to feel more deeply, and to meet others with openness and clarity. 

In my professional and personal life, I support individuals, couples, and families in creating more honesty, intimacy, and emotional responsibility. I’m a certified Family Counselor through Familylab, the relational network founded by Danish family therapist Jesper Juul, and trained in Relational Life Therapy (Terry Real) as well as systemic sexual therapy(Ulrich Clement). My work is also deeply rooted in the teachings of Osho and the Humaniversity, where I was certified as an AUM Meditation Leader.

For me, the AUM is not just a method – it’s a space of truth and aliveness. A place to be real, to breathe freely again, and to feel: I’m not alone.
