Guided by Sambodhi and Jayesh, this workshop includes:
- Sharings in the group and one-on-one
- Practice in healthy relating including clear communication
- Emotional release to heal and accept all parts of yourself
- Meditations, including the AUM and other social meditations
- Question and Answer sessions
- Beach walks
- Sauna
- Creativity
- Christmas and New Year’s celebrations
Enjoy the warmth of the Humaniversity Family. We will exchange gifts on Christmas Eve and share an elegant Diner Dansant the next evening prepared by our gourmet chef, Sangita, and her crew. It will be accompanied by live entertainment and dancing.
Coming Together is an opportunity to review the old year and to create new inspiration for the year ahead.
