AUM MEDITATION with Chandrika & Rajan

The AUM is our most famous Social Meditation and combines movement, role playing and vocal expression in a way so that you can release stress and eventually feel more relaxed, in tune with your emotions, alive and open. This two-hour group process guides you in a safe and supportive environment through 14 aspects of the human experience: anger, forgiveness, love, stamina, life energy, chaos, dance, sadness, laughter, sensuality, chanting, silence, respect and sharing. The word AUM stands for Awareness, Understanding and Meditation. This meditation is one of the basic and most powerful techniques used at the Humaniversity and a great introduction to our work.

Iyengar style Yoga is a very safe way to practice yoga. The alignment of the body, the slow movements and helpful adjustments by the teacher make it enjoyable for even absolute beginners. Combining the physical movement with awareness of our emotional holding patterns in the body, you can release yourself from unnecessary tension and allow your energy to flow freely again.
