Experience 2 days of creating balance and harmony from within. When you start to feel and be present with your body, you make the first step to be able to accept and love yourself. Growing up, many of us learnt being critical or even indifferent towards our bodies. Maybe it was a parent, friend or teacher who remarked on our looks, or we unconsciously picked up unrealistic standards on how a man or a woman has to be, or perform. Maybe social conditioning and religious beliefs led us to having a hostile attitude towards our body. This weekend will help you to become aware and let go of what’s in the way of being more loving with yourself.
