I began my journey as a yoga teacher in 2012 and since then have wholeheartedly devoted myself to teaching yoga in groups and individually on a full-time basis. In 2017 I completed my certification as an Iyengar Yoga teacher, which has enabled me to guide students in a more therapeutic manner. With clear, detailed instructions and the use of props such as belts and blocks I ensure a safe practice environment according to the Iyengar system.

In 2019, I discovered the profound connection between feeling the body and emotions during a Humaniversity AUM Meditation. Inspired by this transformative experience, I pursued further training, and by 2021 I became a Humaniversity AUM Meditation Leader myself.

Integrating the precision of Iyengar Yoga with the realm of emotional awareness and release, I have specialized in identifying and addressing emotional holding patterns within the body. The carefully designed techniques facilitate the release of tensions, overall as well as in specific locations, allowing my students to experience greater emotional freedom and well-being.
