|We are just about to start our month-long workshops, the WOW and the Tan-Ju Summer Training for teenagers. |
After I finished my first WOW, I had tons more energy than when I started. Later I was learning from Veeresh, and then from Geetee & Isha taking over leading the WOW, and I discovered that the WOW gives me a purpose in life that I have been looking for ever since I started wanting to grow. I have been assisting the WOW and Tan-Ju the last few years, and I am touched to see how people change. I see them finding out who they are, and how they can create the life that makes them happy. If you are ready to take a jump and do something exciting this summer, this is it.
With love, Rajan
Chandrika has been leading the Tan-Ju program for 27 years. It is a special school for teenagers where they learn about emotions, awareness, meditation, conflict solving and making friendship.
She says: Our education is quite different because of the way that we address emotional issues. We put a lot of attention into helping teenagers understand what a ‘feeling’ is. For instance if they are feeling frustrated, bored or irritated, they can learn that the underlying emotion is anger. We teach them that being angry is not something bad, but it is a power and a strength that they have and that they can use their anger to express themselves - for instance, to say “This is my space, these are my limits, and I stand up for myself.”

Dealing with Trauma Training Starts Again in August
18 - 20 Aug with: Prabhat & Pia
An introduction to the world of traumatherapy for people who work with people individually - from social work to therapy.
The mixture of theoretical material and practical experience will enable you to trace, carefully measure and discharge the traumatic energy in the body and its nervous system.
You will understand and get tools to help on a deep level without going deeply into the stories and emotions. You will be more relaxed in your work with traumatised and other people and your clients will experience a higher level of stress tolerance and resilience.
| Prabath & Pia: |
It was a delight to teach all 3 parts of our in-depth course in trauma therapy at the Humaniversity during 2016 and 2017.
We all learned more about the language of our bodies by listening lovingly and tracking down that hurt withdrawn part within us. We re-wrote our old stories and opened new doors within ourselves on our journey towards self-empowerment. Very gently confronting old pain stuck somewhere in our system helped us to let go of the past, at a non-threatening pace.
It felt like discovering new tools to take care of ourselves, besides talking therapy and emotional release work. We are very happy to share these new discoveries in modern body oriented psychotherapy.
