About Stepping into Happiness - Part 2

The workshop times are:
Part 1: 14 Nov. 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00
Part 2: 21 Nov. 10:00-13:00 and 15:00-18:00

In this online workshop, we will engage on a journey to explore one area in your life, where your energy is not flowing. This can be an area where you feel stuck or have lost your spark or confidence in yourself.

I will guide you with my love and over 25 years of work experience in the field of emotional psychology. I will use light bodywork, emotional awareness exercises and interactive coaching to help you create a positive new vision and an action plan to bring more happiness into your life.

This workshop is designed in four steps and has a limited number of participants:

  1. Identify what you want to change and set your goal for the workshop
    The first step is to explore an aspect of your life you are unhappy with. You will do some light bodywork to release emotional holding patterns and get in touch with the love in your heart to support your creative process. You will then identify and look at your ideal vision for the aspect in your life you choose to improve.

  2. Risk, Focus, Flow, Feedback – the concept for a happy vision
    The second step is to create and expand your ideal vision by sharing it and making it more concrete. We will use dance and movement to de-stress your body and mind and free more creative energy from your heart. By sharing your ideal vision for yourself, and receiving personal coaching and feedback, you will begin the process of manifesting your new vision.

  3. Change! Turning obstacles into positive, constructive energy
    The third step is that we will use the magic tool of free-association and emotional expression to gain more clarity and positive space inside to realize that you can create what you want in your life. We will explore your negative attitudes, look at what stands in the way, and find what is needed for you to overcome resistance and barriers in order to create more happiness in your life.

  4. Stepping into happiness
    As the fourth and final step you will design a systematic action plan to apply your creative vision process and direct your energy towards manifesting what you want and how you want it. You will receive support and coaching on how to make your vision practical and successful.

During the workshop you will:

  • Be given homework in between sessions
  • Asked to wear colorful clothing that are comfortable and make you feel good
  • Need a beautiful booklet to write in
  • Need a pen
