In this 14-day residential program, you will actively participate in changing your life. You will define the areas you wish to focus on – you help set the itinerary.
Responding is when you are present and do what is best in any situation. Reacting is expressing an old habit, usually with an unhappy ending. When you take responsibility, life flows and relating to others becomes a joy.
Healthy, vibrant sexuality is your birthright. Over the course of this two year training, you will learn to appreciate sexuality for what it is – a natural and beautiful expression of yourself.
This three-year training gives you a foundation in honest communication and healthy relating. It's an exhilarating way to liberate yourself so that you can be who you are and create the relationships you want. It provides a route to accept yourself and others with loving awareness. You can start with any of the first three workshops in the training.
Through nine workshops you will address different topics that you encounter in daily life. Take the opportunity to clean out your emotions and to nourish yourself with love, warmth, and intimacy.
