Humaniversity Social Meditations are a regular part of our community schedule.

Social Meditations are Veeresh's contribution to the world of meditation.
At the Humaniversity we won’t ask you to sit still for long. We’ll bring you into the present moment in an enjoyable way – by being with others.
Social Meditations will guide you to dance, meet people and express yourself.
As these activities nourish your body and mind, you will be led naturally into a space of stillness and meditation.
Veeresh created these extraordinary meditations with his lifetime of experience in working with people. For each Social Meditation he created a unique soundtrack, with inspiring music and his personal words, available on CD and from iTunes.
Give your life a tune-up with the AUM Meditation. Held in many countries around the world, the AUM will guide you to release stress and become more relaxed, vibrant and open to others. It's a great introduction to our work.
